He was born August 13th, 1857 in Bex, a mountain area at the east of Switzerland, close to France.  He grew outdoors between mountains and landscapes which caught Henri Pitter’s eye and made him want to know the vast world of nature.  He did for 93 years.

Exhibición "Puertas Adentro"

Bodega almacén La MascotaEl Museo Nacional inauguró a inicios de noviembre del 2009 una exhibición titulada “Puertas Adentro”. La misma está centrada en el período de finales del siglo XIX e inicios del siglo XX. Además de rehabilitar para el público dos casas construidas en esa época, recreamos espacios domésticos y mostramos objetos propio del período que se caracterizó por un cambio cultural y una modificación muy particular en los patrones de consumo.
