The Bulletin of the National Museum reappears after a lapse of almost two years of to be suspended. We considered its publication very useful to disclose the workings that are being made and to invite the public to participate in the successors.

But beyond this immediate benefit, with it forms we have verified, with the passage of the years, the bulletin has gotten to be a reflection of specific stages in the history of the museum, which gives account to us of the changes that have come making in the institution. Thus for example, when reviewing unit of previous decades, we have found out educative activities, exhibitions and investigations that were not registered in other means. Therefore, we hoped that the there proportionate information, continues being valuable for investigating futures or people with some curiosity to know these subjects.

In this new edition, a novel and attractive format has been selected, that responds to the new strategies of promotion which we have adopted; thus, we hoped that the institutional bulletin fulfills its assignment in the short and long term.
